advice - credit card
« on: August 04, 2017, 03:50:26 PM »
I have to pay a contractor a large sum of money in installments. He has agreed to take payment by cc as long as I a pay the fee..non negotiable.

Any ideas which cc to use? Should I open a JetBlue Mosaic card ? I have to spend $50k in 6 months...Should I put in on my Chase Sapphire Reserve...Open any other new card....Thanks for your help!

IMHO since this is your second post and you're asking you likely wouldn't be maximizing the value of the miles. I imagine the fee you'll be charged is probably 3%. Unless you planned to open half a dozen cards or wanted some elite status my opinion is you would likely be best off just saving the cash.

Maybe you'd want to buy appliances with an Amex to take advantage of increased warranties?
