Coincident with the eclipse, this afternoon is forecast to be the 7th highest electric load of the year for the PJM grid.

High consumption. That will coincide with the tail end of the lower generation since the peak hours are in the afternoon more than mid-day.

Less consumption, as temperatures will be cooler, and less Air Conditioning required.

Less consumption, as people will be outdoors watching.

More consumption, as people will be indoors staying safe.

Now just plug numbers into the formula, and figure it out.  ;D
