I called fedex, they see that toys r us created the labels, and it is still active, (they said that if it were canceled they would be able to see) but they didn't ship it yet, I hope that there's still hope.

5. One can argue that there is a big difference to taking advantage of a glitch such as Amazon pricing a product very cheaply versus our case of manipulating the Toys R Us website where you if you purchase a 99 cent item you can get a few thousand dollars of regular priced products for free. Big difference.

What do I have to gain by announcing that I asked a rav if it wasn't true? Mah li lishaker... I'm not going to get involved in you're negative rhetoric but just to clarify I actually asked this rav this question on a different occasion... this type of deal has happened before...
P.s. Are you suspecting everyone on this forum that tried getting in on this deal to be not honest and suspected of lying? Do you suspect Dan of transgressing lifney iver lo sitein michshol? Ask your LOR, you might be pleasantly surprised...

Every one of these points is ridiculous. 1 is stam stupid. 2 is addressed above. 3 is circular reasoning. 4 this incident was all over every online deal site, no real connection to here. 5 okay one actually has some sense to it.

Why does 5 make sense? In theory maybe. But in Halacha it shouldn't matter if it was 50 cents or 500 dollars.

And that's an Amazon glitch, what about an airline glitch where the airline is losing hundreds of dollars?

I meant that what he wrote makes sense that there is a difference not that it actually MAKES a difference. I gave no opinion on that.

Airlines don't actually lose money over every booking. Most flights have a empty seats anyhow.

That's why they honor it many times while products rarely get honored
