Why would the location of Costco change the prices on google express

If google express has to arrange for shipping etc and therefore passes that fee to us in the form of higher prices.. that would be across the board for all Costco's?

lastly if walmart offers free shipping on $35 orders and above what is the big advantage of using google express as you may lose out on portal rewards etc...?

Never got my coupon

Anyone finding that Walmart is OOS on a lot of stuff? I found some really good prices on, for example, boys T-shirts only to get OOS notification once I went to check out.

So my order was supposed to arrive today (actually the Target portion was supposed to arrive yesterday but was delayed until today) and the Whole Foods portion was scheduled for today.

The Target order only shipped 4 of the 7 items we ordered and the Whole Foods order was "damaged in transit". They said they'd give a refund on the Whole Foods order (you guessed it; almond milk) but I want them to just reship.

I e-mailed them but have yet to hear back. Anyone know how to get what I ordered from them?
