soft baseballs
« on: August 24, 2017, 01:29:27 PM »
looking for soft baseball that wont hurt my children when it hits them yet durable enough to be hit with a bat and last a long time and also travel as close as possible the same distance as a real baseball.

My experience has been that either the balls are too soft and don't replicate a real baseball or if they are more and less same and size and weight as a baseball they fall apart after a day of batting practice etcc...

any recommendations?

Those are great, but anything with and give to it, will eventually get ripped apart if it's beaten enough.
Memories last forever, make them while you can.

Yes.  If I remember correctly that is what is used for the little kids leagues.

I like rubber balls which is what I played with as a kid.  These are surprisingly hard to find and I find they are easiest to find at dollar stores and party city.

that looks like a hollow ball.  I'm talking about one that's solid - seems like it's called a sponge ball.
