Nordstrom shoe repair

Has anyone ever used Nordstrom's shoe repair? I have a pair of Ferragamos that I'm hesitant to let then fix. I'm scared he's going to ruin it. Tia

Most of the Department stores use this place for their repairs. Can send it to them direct:

Nordstrom has a shoe repair man who picks up the shoe from Nordstrom and picks it up from them as well. I'm wondering if he'll do a good job.
