Transatlantic Business: BA or AA?

I have upcoming travel where I’ll be flying roundtrip from PHL to LHR in business.

Can anyone tell me whether they prefer BA or AA’s cabins on those planes?

I’m currently looking at BA’s cabin on their 744 and 789 (the two planes I’d be flying) and it doesn’t look too shabby. Would AA be better or worse?

AA A330 would be best on that route.
