The irony is, I don't even have a very advanced food palate, but I don't take kosher restaurants seriously besides for maybe 5 in the USA, a bunch in Israel etc.. But I gotta tell you, dining without wine is a gross injustice

Odd, opens for me, trying again. I view wine essential to any dinner. I don't like foie gras, it took me time to appreciate pate, cavier and nuanced stuff, but I certainly don't view fine dining as steaks

Thats silly. Besides for the fact that every trip to israel Amichai lourie slaughters a lamb and does nikkur too, this trip he slaughtered goats too. Israel has phenomenal restaurants
