ISO Hand held gaming device that cannot access internet

I am looking for a hand held game device, like a DS, that has no internet capability. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Tag says they can remove wifi from I think most Nintendo switch including lite version etc..

once wifi removed how easily can i still add new games to the device?

As simple as buying a physical cartridge from Amazon.com and popping it in can be.

If you dont need to play modern games and you are willing to get a drop technical you can go for this (usually only supports up to GameBoy Advance Era games):
ANBERNIC RG351P
Its a retro handheld emulator, basically you download ROM's from the internet, (questionable legality) which are basically files from game cartridges, then you copy them onto the sd card, and you play them. You can fit hundreds/thousands of games on an sd card.
