I'm going to have a public link for the offer soon if you can hold off.
Sounds like a great offer though, 50K points are worth $932.50 towards any Southwest flights.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

So this is not a targeted offer?

I don't know about your offer specifically, but there is a public offer for "2 free flights" coming out soon.

50,000x1.865=$932.50
Via, http://www.dansdeals.com/archives/12941:

"With the new program you can redeem points for any seat on any flight.  For the regular “wanna get away” fare it costs 60 points for each dollar of airfare.  In practical terms this means for example:
A one-way LGA-BWI flight on 04/05 is $79.70 with tax.
It can also be bought for 4,140 points plus $2.50 tax.
So 4,140 points gets you a value of $77.20 ($79.70 airfare less the $2.50 tax required on the points ticket)
So each point is worth 1.865 cents (77.20/4,140), valid for redemption on all flights."

How do you get from 60/$1 (1.666cpm) to 1.865cpm?

Because you also don't pay tax on the ticket, hence my calculations which bump it up from 1.67 to roughly 1.865.
You can try it yourself on their site and make your own calculations, they may very based on the route.

So is your example typical, or just a way to inflate the value? (not suspecting, just trying to clarify)
