Option 1.
SIN-HKG, SQ J 77W
1:05 PM -5:05 PM
Cost- 27.5k SQ + taxes
Pros: Great seat, SQ J lounge, easily switch to SQ R if my waitlist clears on.
Cons: More expensive, gets in a little later than I would like.

Option 2.
SIN-HKG, CX J A350
12:55 PM- 4:55 PM
Cost- 20k BA + $33
Pros: Great seat, cheaper, (hermolis meal?)
Cons: Lousy lounge, gets in a little late

Option 3.
SIN-HKG, CX J 777-200
9:55 AM- 2:05 PM
Cost- 20k BA + $33
Pros: Cheaper than the SQ flight, gets in 3 hours earlier, (Hermolis meal?)
Cons: Angle flat seats, lousy lounge

What would you book?

Timing aside (as we have no idea how important that is here), I'd go for option 1: (i) I haven't flown SQ J, (ii) 7K is immaterial, and (iii) you have a chance to do SQ R, if you haven't.

If timing is the be all end all, option 1: It's a 3.5 hour flight, and you barely will have time for FAs to make double bed on SQ R (trust me), before your on final descent.

Really depends on your schedule.
Don't get worked up on seats on short flights where reclining ability is more important than like flat.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

#1 (That's only if you don't mind splurging on the points)
If you need to be there by a certain time they are all great options for a 4 hour flight.

Right, that's why I'm leaning towards the earlier flight. I'm flying to HKG on Thursday and flying out sometime on Sunday, (we'll get to that soon) so I think I want to have as much time as possible in HKG on Thursday.

If trying one of those products is worth the 3 extra hours.

No business product on a four hour flight is worth sacrificing a needed day at your destination. Period.

Hopefully the SQ flight clears, that's at 8 AM so really the best of both worlds.
