What changed in those few minutes ? Don't they just take the next call after you hang up ?

Apparently they don't just hang up and continue.
If they feel like it, they could look in to your case and try to find a solution for you.

I'ts never happened to me with CC approvals, but it did in other areas. (Where I had a problem the rep wasn't able to help me with, I hung up and a few minutes later received a call with a solution)

I guess they try to push you and see how it goes..
In my case he denied my application for no real reason, I protested with a mad frustration, our call ended with me requesting a number where I can cancel all of my cards I have with them... I guess after he gave me the "cancelation depot" number and hung up he decided it doesn't pay to loose me as their customer?

Chase told me that for my IP card they want to see how I do with the 3 other cards I got in the last 3 months before they give me the IP. They also told me about a limited credit history. Ive now tried about ten times and they wont let me move credit around or anything else. What do I do?

You got three other Chase cards in the last three months, or other banks? If Chase, I don't think much HUCA can help

I just did a 3 BM for BA, Hyatt and Freedom. Got approved for BA but got declined for the rest because I have too many cards with chase ( I also have SP and United Club, that were both opened up this yr) and not a long cc history. I called recon twice to try and shift credit and they won't budge Any eitza??

Yes all with Chase. And I have a limited credit history. Should I give up? What else can I do?

I would suggest keep pushing for moving credit around to specifically open the Freedom instead of Hyatt (it has a lower minimum CL, so you're more likely to get them to open it up).

I personally don't think they're going to budge, but maybe someone else can provide a more optimistic picture :)

Applied for ua business over a week ago.  They say was approved but they are waiting for united to process the rewards. When I call the 800 # for the status it says pending and will be notified in 2 weeks.

Does this make sense?
