Call CS 1-888-338-2586 or 1-800-432-3117 and press # or 1. (If it's asking for your full 16 digits account number, it's 1. If it's asking for only your last 4 digits, it's #)

No matter what the status of your app is or what the page said after you hit submit or what Chase emailed you, etc... CALL TODAY! Any "pending" issues can either be addressed once you get your letter in the mail in 2 weeks, or you can JUST CALL TODAY!
And if at first you don't succeed HUCA, HUCA, HUCA etc. If they tell you there's a max of 2 cards per 30 days, HUCA!
PS: If the reason you were declined on a 5/24 card is 5/24, and you are indeed 5/24, YOU WILL NOT GET APPROVED.

Exactly my thoughts.
Though I doubt that a bank would write a letter now & backdate it. But maybe....
i wouldn't count on it its just like asking for a new copy of your last month statement

I just did a 3BM for sapphire preferred, freedom, and BA. Approved for BA with $12,000 credit limit, denied for sp and freedom.

Reconsideration told me that since I applied for 3 cards, I have too many inquires. Plus my credit history is only since 2013 and I have only 1 card from capitol one with little credit, and I became an additional on amex 5 month ago, it looks like I am looking for credit which is not good.

She asked me why I want all 3, so I told her because I am flying overseas and the bonuses are also tempting.

I asked to shift credit and she answered that since I do not have a card number yet she cannot shift credit and I should wait till BA finishes processing which takes a week and call again.

Should I HUCA or wait?

Any help is appreciated.

Chase 3BM for the wife:
1. Applied for Freedom, pending. Recon sent me to fraud, which asks for proof of ID, DOB and address.
2. Applied for IHG, instant approval, 5K.
3. Applied for Marriott, same as Freedom.

This is weird. Maybe it has to do with the IHG being MC and the others Visa.

I already faxed it in, but they claim it takes a few weeks to sort it out and I should stop calling.
Anyone knows what I'm looking at here? (Procedure wise and time wise)

(BTW: The reason it was flagged is probably because we started using my wife's married name. Even though, her current chase cards have already been updated and the EX report showed it too)
Bump. How long does this usually take?

Interesting username!!!

Rather do it in a bank & ask them to "upload the information" which will usually make it available within the hour otherwise you might have to wait hours if not days!

I'm in Israel, so a branch is not an option for me.
I faxed it 3 days ago and they haven't received it yet. Has anyone done this before? How long should it take?

this happened to me once, I faxed my docs in at least 3 times, and they said that they never received it! I called multiple times and got no where! I finally got a supervisor's fax number and the supervisor received the fax and was all taken care of. I don't have that fax number anymore (sorry). But try to speak to a supervisor and get a their fax number.

Maybe I'll try that. (I'd rather save the favors for when it's really important)

Maybe I could call a branch, fax it to them directly and have them upload it? Think it's worth a shot?

Interesting idea though might be possible, maybe a local bank rep that opened you an account or something.

Me and my close family have no checking relation with Chase.
I'll try the local branch anyway.

I My husband applied for the Freedom and the BA. (Also the IHG, but (on IE) the 'apply' wouldn't click, and the others were not instant approvals so I gave up.)
I got an email to call and verify my info. I did and I had added a zero to my income, so we cleared that up and he offered to move CL from a card of my choice.  I told him which to close.  He pointed out that that was not such a big line.  Do I want to move some from my Ink? I cheerfully did.
a) If not already written in this thread:  you can move Credit Line from a business card- Ink -  to a personal card.
b) Q: I didn't then ask him to approve my 2nd app.  Should I have? Or best to recon each card separately?

Depends on how the rep is. If you feel like they may do it, go for it.
