you have a lot to learn my friend.

You think one's chances of success *increase* with each successive recon call?

LOL.

After the fourth or fifth try, it works about as often as asking a woman out after she's already rejected you five times.

In this particular case, the applicant in question has apparently already HUCA'd several times, her case is weak, and the CSRs apparently see a note that she's tried to change her story. As with anything, there's a chance at getting lucky on try #5 or #10, but in this case, it's a very slim chance.

And if you keep nagging she will say yes just to get rid of you

Sure — she'll say "yes" and then no-show the date.

But as with women, the more desperate one looks, the less likely a CC company is to give one what one wants.

Whatever, I'm done arguing you go on believing what you want but don't tell people that it won't work when it was proven otherwise

Huh? What exactly was "proven"? I never said no one succeeds on a fifth recon call. I said it was unusual, and highly unlikely in the particular situation being discussed.

Your ignorance isn't limited to your anti religious stupidity. Your assurance remains consistent, though.
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

What "ignorance"? Don't tell me you're also going to argue, with a straight face, that one's odds of successful recon increase with each successive call.

What percentage of Recon Call #5 or Recon Call #10 are successful? I'd love to see your estimate.

(Also, the idea that a menstruating woman is too dirty to be sat next to remains dumb. Sorry. Welcome to 2016.)

Since when did anybody say that your odds increase? Your blantant disregard for anything anybody says in the face of your own prior assumptions is, quite frankly, starting to get very annoying.

Physician, heal thyself.

Unlike you and some others, I actually reply to the information presented.

A person who has called recon four times and been shot down — with the recon reps clearly referring to notes entered by prior reps — is highly unlikely to succeed on recon call #5. That's reality.

A person who has only low-limit cards in his own name is also unlikely to be granted a 100% higher CL by Chase for the person's very first Chase card. That's also reality.

Everyone else in this thread is talking from experience besides for you. You are spewing your blind opinions as fact. People were also convinced in the logic of the world being flat.

Sure they are. I'm sure the thread is full of people who succeeded in doubling their highest current CL with their first Chase card on recon call #5.

LOL.

First of all stop LOLing yourself, this isn't reddit and you're making yourself seem like a teenage girl. Second of all, my very first CL was 3k with amex, second was 9k on a freedom and 10k on a CSP so I would very much appreciate if you would shut up.
