does anyone know of a good/trustworthy ebay sniper im a little nervous just using any?

an ebay sniper is a program which bids (depending on the program) right before the bid is over

I used one once about 2 years ago.
I t worked, but I dont know which one it was.

I've used http://auctionsniper.com/, and had good experiences with them.
I won 3 out of the 5 auctions I used them for. Too bad they only give you 3 free snipes. :)

I was happiest with www.gixen.com. They do the sniping for you so you don't have to be connected to the net, and you don't have to worry about getting it at the exact time. I manipulated their system to allow me unlimited snipes. Otherwise they only allow like 7. I also created my own little web-based program which allows me to spit at it a list of 100 item numbers and tell it to do the same thing to each one. Right now with Gixen you have to individually and manually enter the options by each item number.

Thanks for this info, I used them yesterday and won the item!
I'm wondering though, if things have changed in the last two years (since the last post), and there's anything better since then....

I've been using JbidWatcher. I think I saw it in PC World.
It has advance features like winning one of multiple auctions for the cheapest price (if there are a few listings for the same thing)
