I am selling a free night at any Wyndham hotel worldwide for 175 USD pn. I will book the room using a status account.

does status guarantee a suite or anything special?
also, is there any diff between free night and 15,000 pts or r u essentially selling 15k for $170?

Most of the time you get a suite; you sometimes have to push them when they are not aware of the benefits.

Well, I guess their system treats a free night as a redemption.

Not worth it as you can stay in any Intercontinental for that price or pay a little more and stay at a Waldorf or Ritz.
