The first two are basic for anyone who's been handling guns for any amount of time.  The bump stock is super easy to install.  A friend has one.
What makes you presume the third?

The people that know him were saying that.

The results?
1. It could've just been dumb luck.
2. 30 seconds on google will tell you it's effective at that range.

....And he just happen to come down to Vegas with a truckload of arsenal.....
You are right. He must have had military training to have been able to drive to Vegas.

The grey one?
I don't have an AR but my guess would be 50

Yes gray one. Sure looks bigger than 50. I am trying to gauge the length.

you're right, I didn't look too closely. It's a lot wider than I thought initially. I'm going to revise my guess to 100 rounds.

It seems to be roughly 2x the length of the other mag in the picture.

From google it seems that a 50 round magazine would be circular on the bottom like this:
https://www.brownells.com/magazines/rifle-magazines/magazines/ar-15-50rd-x-15-drum-magazine-223-5-56-prod71764.aspx

My guess is 30 rounds.

Edit: Never mind I see some straight ones as well.

...and the 60 round doesn't look as long as the gray one he used.

Probably this http://www.surefire.com/mag5-100.html

The mag extends far past the front hand piece in this one.
Relative to the shooters gun it is much longer.
