Steward made a nasty comment thinking I was out of earshot

I was not feeling well and had to get up a few times. He said "this guy has ants in his pants"
I think it was uncalled for and it is not something to say about a customer. Especially a paying (not a mileage ticket) customer in business class.
I think I'm going to write back that in order to keep me from going on social media I expect a full ticket for travel .

+1 that seems like more than enough, UA really couldn't care less. Remember that the FA's are human too and are allowed to get annoyed, I agree it's unprofessional and he shouldn't have let a passenger hear, but it really wasn't that crazy of a comment (the FA's talk about the passengers behind their back anyway). It's not like he said something anti-semetic or anything.
