I got 47:54. But that's with some dubious 40-45 minute connections that I wouldn't actually book.
Anyone beat me?

I found this to interest me, I was able to route:
LAX-MIA-JFK-FRA-SIN-LAX
But turned out to be about 55 Hrs.

Of course it doesn’t cross at the widest point, but it technically circumnavigated the globe
