Is there anyone familiar with how to work one of these Israeli heaters?

I have these heaters amongst the whole house but have no clue how to work them with the Hebrew manual is there any way to get ahold of an English manual or someone who has one of these can give me a quick guide to how to use this?



I can understand bits and pieces of that video.

Thanks, is there a program which can translate a YouTube video into English.?

Maybe you can post the name and model of the heater, and/or a picture, so ppl can help even if they can't access youtube.
