Ok, so they didn't send one piece, they sent two! They still "pulled a Walmart" (PaW - another new acronym).

Got two out of the 48.  What gives?  Translate "pulled a Walmart," if you don't mind.

Thinking of changing it to TPaW (They pulled a Walmart). It means that Walmart ROUTINELY mislists items and then says it was just a mistake and they NEVER send the right amount and rarely do they issue any compensation.

Not sure what they pulled here but this was the e-mail response today:

All I can say is this better be some GOOD shampoo...let us know what you've heard back to compare. Such a chutzpah
