Not major news as it's in the avios family and they anyways had BA

But you can xfer between the two plus their rates is mostly higher than BA

IB practices married segment capacity control. You can find married segment awards on IB that are not available to BA or AA.

Also, dont you need to have an active account for 90 days with IB before you can transfer BA?
