Are all of these wines in small bottles? If they are big bottles then how do they remain kosher after opening and being left alone with non-Jews who can switch the contents?

JetBlue was small bottle. I believe the others are the same.

Some, especially lounges, seem to be large bottles. IIRC someone posted a pic of a large bottle form EWR Art & Lounge.

If it's mevushal it's not a problem even if it was opened, unlike meat that needs 2 simonem when left with a goy.

ETA: Found it, but it is not that it can be open but that it needs only one seal not two.
