Looking for a new card with a spending challenge

Hi everyone

We will be relocating overseas in about 6 weeks (gulp) and will face some significant charges from the move and settling into the new home. Are there any good credit card spending challenges out there that have no foreign transaction fees? Spending $10k in December and January is possible. My credit score is darn near perfect, so no concerns there.
