No Trader Joe's Turkeys?
« on: November 21, 2017, 03:49:21 PM »
Trader Joe's has been our source for kosher turkeys for years as they usually are around 2.50/lb for fresh turkey (OU). The AC went to a TJ today in the 5 towns and was told that they sold out on Sunday. She said the manager was steamed because TJ's has been reserving the turkeys for the Manhattan stores.

Am wondering if anyone has seen them recently in other Long Island TJ stores.

Aishes Chayil?

Yes, that's the way I refer to her.

Did not realize that was so uncommon.

Never used it as an appellation, but I like it and will try it out.
Costco has Empire frozen $2.69, if I recall correctly. (Just call me AC :)))

Should I take the bait and ask what the turkey is for...
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.
