How Do I Write My Post to Make It....
« on: November 21, 2017, 05:44:28 PM »
have a table in the wiki instead of just a list of sellers?  I want to be able to add a date and a few words after each store, but I only get an elongated underline of the seller's link.  It is ok if all the sellers are not links in this thread, but only words.

You're awesome!  Yes, ty.  I'll play around with it a bit before I start asking how to apply this.

You made it very easy for me to put in your code.  Great if I were to be the only one updating the wiki.
Problem:  The average DDFer is not going to bother with trying to figure out how to write it in code.  Is it possible to write it in a table form where anyone can just add date and comment next to the chosen link?

TY @etech0!!  Definitely easier to replace the dots, but I still think it would be even more conducive just to be able to fill in a table.  I think most people would be put off by going inside of code to post each time.

How do I separate the Date and Comments columns a bit?
Also, how do I add a couple blank lines after the Sample Sellers before the real sellers?

I don't think there's a way to embed an actual editable table, but you could make a public google sheet and put in a link if that works better... either way we have the problem of if people will go to the bother of updating it...
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.
