I already have Pro and I can't find where I'd apply the code.  Any idea?

How long does it take to get code sent to you? Just purchased.

Also, if I'm already paying for Dropbox plus per month, will this just automatically apply for next month and cancel per month subscription?

Did anyone get their code? Mine still says shipping and the code does not seem to be printed in any of the emails or order details.
