I can't  imagine why double dipping wouldn't work.
I can't figure it how to sign up though.  Th link takes me to my true blue home page.  Than what?

Double dipping will not work.

These portals charge it as a regular Amazon purchase, Amex needs prime in the charge.

Was annoying for me to get it fixe.
