I am not affiliated with this app but just saw it and its free. Great for Jews who travel.
One button emergency services when you travel.

J-SOS optimizes the dispatch of emergency and medical forces to any point on the globe, based on collaboration with local Chabad centers around the world.
Management of crisis, from natural disasters to terror attacks, searching operations and sharing of vital information between users.

J-SOS is powered and donated by SHAI.

Seems interesting. IDK why they let everyone see and send messages to the member list but I guess they'll see if it proves to be useful.

They have a 24/7 dispatcher? And what do chabad centers have to do with this? They'll call the local authorities?
My Tapatalk notifications don't always work.
