How about this one for $159 - $20 Coupon Code - $15 Rebate.

Total is $125! Great Reviews.

Looks great!

There are lots of complains about the speakers tho..
Anyone know what the return policy is for Newegg if I want to open the product and try it out?

I'm happy with my current ones.
Not talking about the quality, mainly about the volume power and controls which is the main complaint.
Would try it myself if I knew I was covered by a good return policy from Newegg though.

the only really good monitor speakers are the Dell Soundbars In my experience (although I obviously didn't try all)

Not bad, Newegg has it for $20 more. Don't expect much from the speakers though. Like most built in speakers these aren't that great.

The best desktop speakers that don't cause clutter IMO is the Dell Soundbar. Very clear and doesn't take any extra room, almost as good as regular speakers

Probably although I didn't try all the asus screens with built in speakers so I can't say for sure.

So I'm looking to upgrade to a 2 screen (maybe 3 if price is right) setup.
I currently have an Acer X233H. Seems that online they go for about $120 used. I think I can get a newer model new for not much more than that. So I guess recommendations for budget 23"+ screens.

Also I should probably upgrade my video card. My built in has an HDMI and VGA. Looking for something with 3 HDMI ports for under $100. Don't need great graphics, just something that can keep up with Win 8

Edit: Doesn't seem to be practical to get a 3 HDMI card. Will there be any noticeable difference between DVI and HDMI?

ETA: I like This one for price, ports, and bang for buck. It says min 350W PSU. AFAICT I have a 300W. Will that be an issue, or is it close enough?

The numbers aren't always exact - they take into account how much power you may be using with other devices so it may be an issue or become an issue later

I don't see anything great about a 23" screen for $149
