It is not a suite/ you do not have a better layout cabin wise. I do not see the extra perks in First on Swiss specifically. (it has more to do with the fact business is great)

LX J is pretty nice but doesn't even have direct aisle access from all seats.

Just booked- TLV-NYC 115k aeroplan, and yes: Swiss First is unbelievable. Heck, the new Swiss first lounge in ZRH is almost worth it alone
