Check who the repair guys for each is and how long it takes for them to come.
Any way to find that out before purchasing?
See who the authorized repair places are nearby. They should be able to tell you that.
Thanks.Any idea who LG contracts with? I doubt they run their own program.
Located in Passaic, anyone interested? Will sell for $100 over cost.
let us know if you get the oven mine is supposed to come next week.
Delivered!
Need your LG Exalt fixed? Cracked in half? Water damage? Or parts to repair yourself. 347.201.2501
You think you can manage two months to keep it pesachdik. 😉
It's sealed in the box and not coming out until we switch the kitchen. That was the psak of DW! That way she can have 8 or 9 burners running at the same time!
8 or 9 burners that means you'll have enough food for me to come over?
I just found out that the oven I bought (hasn’t been delivered yet) has a 12 hour shutoff that can’t be disabled. That kind of makes it useless for Yom tov. I was wondering if this question in the picture was from a ddfer
Not sure where I saw it, but someone had posted some sort of workaround.
One workaround might be to get a goy to turn it on for you. Might very well be an option on Yom Tov based on responses I've got from LOR (plural). Ask your own LOR.
Dan can you please find out if there is a workaround?thanks
Mine is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. DW wouldn't mind delaying more, as she decided having a second oven could be a nice idea for Pesach cooking this year. However they wouldn't push it off any further. I now want to get an extended warranty. My options seem to be:LG extended warranty for about $80 for 3 additional years over the 1 year manufacturer warranty.Square Trade for $139 for 5 years based on price paid $557Assurant prices by make/model and wants $239 for 5 years.I am debating between LG and Square Trade. In any event I will need to call, as it is seemingly only available 30 days from purchase. Receipt is dated November 30th, but delivery is January 16th.
