I just selected two consecutive days in April and this is the total:

Average Daily Rate 875 USD Subtotal 1750 USD ( 2 Nights / 1 Room )
Additional Fees & Taxes City Tax 155.31 USD Occupancy Tax 7 USD State Tax 102.81 USD
Total Per Room 2015.12 USD

My $1800 is assessment seems pretty reasonable.

Edit: was for Mon Apr 20 and Tue April 21

@yehuda, the market dictates the prices. You can asses as much as you want, and you can ask whatever price you want, but chances are you wont get the price you're asking if its based on your assessment rather than it being based on market prices.

Just trying to get a comparison. 60k would 780 so 800 is right there.

Points/point award nights (officially transferable) are worth much more than cc nights (officially non-transferable, subject to expiration, non-upgradable, and subject to the is it ethical thread)
