I purchased the deal a few months ago which included a $300 credit for sending in an older LG smartphone.
I purchased the old LG phone from an experienced Ebay seller with a 100% rating. The phone worked well with normal wear & tear.
Samsung rejected my phone as being below standard and charged my card $275. They also said they would not return the phone.
I complained to Chase as it was paid for on my INK card. No help.
I submitted a formal complaint to Samsung who rejected my appeal.

What can I do?
