Wedding halls in Israel
« on: December 14, 2017, 09:32:12 PM »
Looking for a nice, not expensive wedding hall between Bet Shemesh and Jerusalem.  Hall must use 100%  Jewish workers.  Some family is Hareidi.  If anyone has had positive personal experience I would appreciate information including a basic idea of cost per person.

Budget?
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

First wedding so really not sure what is realistic.  I would say modest/ moderate cost.  Any useful information on cost range in the modest/ moderate range would also be appreciated.

What kind of crowd? (Modest to moderate cost is a very subjective term.)

Our son got married at Sakoya, Maale Hachamisha. It was beautiful and reasonable.

Mix of hareidi, dati leumi and some secular.  Probably need along hareidi side of spectrum.

Can you give me a rough idea on cost per person at  Sakoya.  Does sakoya use all Jewish workers?

It was very reasonable, they have streamlined plans. As far as workers, I don't know. It is a Kibbutz.

I second sakoya. Our daughter got married there. Beautiful not sure about workers.
Also depends what kind of hashgocha you are looking for and how many people you are going to have

And they take credit cards.  Points!!

It is highly unlikely to find a place with 100% Jewish workers. Also, that's kind of a racist request.

Probably should be spelled Sequoia.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!
