I don't know who wrote those review but I strongly disagree with it.
Anyway, about my issue. I booked with Chase points 2 nights (separate reservations) for 15K points per night for a Premier 2 double bed room. I added ~2k points for a "city view" room. However, they placed us in a old room with a discouraging courtyard view and we don't like it at all.
Question:
Can I ask Chase to cancel my reservation for tomorrow? I have a screenshot and email confirmation that I booked a room with "city view".
