So I’m trying to get Hilton to match a double tree rate on priceline (regular booking, not express deal)and they are saying they don’t see it. How is that possible? They won’t accept a screen shot and going through the BRG would take too long and will likely end up denied anyway. Any thoughts? I want Hilton to match and not book through priceline so I can get my stay credit and benefits.
Any help would be appreciated....
