We did a shabbos there a few weeks ago. They were very accommodating. We rented fridges for our rooms to keep food in (they're small, get a few) and extra cots/cribs. We paid for the use of a conference room for the weekend and they allowed us to keep hot plates in there left on. They cleaned the room Friday night after we ate there (but not shabbos afternoon, you may want to clarify that beforehand in case you want to eat shalosh seudos there as well). The hotel will disable your electronic locks and give you keys to the room upon request, but don't lose the key or there's some ridiculous charge. The shul is about a 25 minute walk, if you're going to go then call before shabbos and let them know you're coming. They don't always have a minyan Friday night. It worked out well and we had a great time.
