Wyndham Rewards
« on: July 20, 2011, 01:03:15 PM »
So I just completed a super cheap road trip through Vermont and New Hampshire, and I stayed 3 nights at a Days Inn (Burlington, VT)  plus two at a Super 8 (Manchester, NH).  I decided to join Wyndham Rewards so I might at least get a little something back for those stays.

My question is how long does it take to receive points for a hotel stay?  Any does anyone else use Wyndham Rewards?  I'm assuming that since these hotels are so cheap to begin with, I'll probably get little value out of the points.

Anyone know of a cheap Wyndham hotel that will credit stays for a no-show (or a bunch of them)?

I have impression that all Wyndham hotels will credit stays for a no-show. Check points of guy's post from yesterday, there is one cost $63.57 per night. I am thinking to try it myself.  Those points can be moved to Southwest for companion pass.

I think he posted that that some other blogger posted that that location won't change/credit no-shows. But you hit the nail on its head, that's why I'm asking.

I know this is an old post, but I booked 3 different stays in Orlando and Chicago, and after some back n' forth, they all posted.

Too bad. They just devalued their airline transfer partners by 50%.
Was a decent play when they had the 16k promo for each night booked, and during the travel sales w/ AMEX.

I've seen on eBay a lot of offers for Wyndham timeshares that come with hundreds of thousands of points. Does anybody know more info about these kind of things? It seems interesting, I just couldn't read through all the mumbo-jumbo by the description of the item. TIA

No but there's a 45k offer out there for their Barclay credit card.

Anyone know if the business card reports to your CR? It seems like a no-brainer with 45k SUB and a massive 8x on gas.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

Wasn't there a SUB of 90k on this card recently? Might want to wait to see if it'll return.

But to answer your question iinm it doesn't report
