But they’re doing it regardless of you....
Which is why I said this is a question that should be asked of your LOR.

I personally have no problem, as they are currently on my do not fly list. But for my family members who are willing to fly with them, I wouldn't book Motzoei Shabbos flight without checking with a LOR that I trust.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

so what? There is an איסור הנאה of a מלאכה done by a Jew on shabbos במזיד. Especially when his intention is to make money from it. Same as electricity on shabbos in Israel, where the only heter is that they also work for פיקוח נפש. Sorry if I went off topic...

Their point is that they don't have flights scheduled for Shabbos or first day Yomtov.

That doesn't make them Shomer Shabbos, but at least there's not the chillul hashem of scheduling flights by a Jewish owned airline for Shabbos.

What make's Elal a "Jewish owned" airline? It's publicly traded. How do you know who the shareholders are?

Don't harp on the wording. The point remains true.

Officially they don't Land or Take off from TLV.
That particular flight from EWR did not land in TLV until a couple of hours after Shabbos. I guess they thought nobody would notice them taking off at 3 AM Friday night.

Example?
Not sure, don't really know their routes,
But from what I heard is that the actual flying wasn't included in the agreement.

agav Eged bus service in Israel also officially doesn’t have service on shabbos they just end shabbos early at 4pm (all year round)
Not true!
Egged officially is Machlel Shabbos.
The bus routes go according to the "status qou". Cities that did not have bus routes on Shabbos pre-state, continue to not have. Cities like Chifa that had bus routes in Shabbos pre-state, continue to officially have bus routes on Shabbos.
