Selling Rest of 2015 Black Jeep Cherokee Lease (5 months)

My lease expires in 5 months, I want to get rid of the car early. Looking for someone to take over my lease.
Looking for $125 a month. Buyer would be responsible for returning the vehicle and disposition fee.

Closed - seems like Chrysler capital does not allow lease take overs :(
