Statistically, your average success rate compared to other ppls as well as when your orders on average were placed is more statistically significant. The fact that your 3 cancellations were on the earlier side isn’t significant.

I’m guessing they tried to cancel everything, but some were too far along in their distribution chain to cancel. The individual success can be random, but time is probably a factor.
