I can no longer attend my trip to Israel. I have a very cheap ticket Id like to transfer to someone for $800. Price may be negotiable, though already a phenomenal deal. Ticket is 100% transferable as per WOW it self. That price includes both change flight fees for $90 each

It's not free. There's a fee of less than $100. OP said the $800 included the fees. Still not a great deal but first time I heard name changes are allowed on any airline.

The legacy airlines are coping the LCCs with charging for everything that isn't bolted down, sadly none copied this (or the sometimes lower change fees)

as I heard from SouthWest - "it doesn't cost us $25 to carry your bag - it doesn't cost us $200 to change your ticket"
