Tight connection at CDG
« on: February 16, 2018, 08:54:01 AM »
I’m looking at a good flight TLV-JFK on AF, but there’s only a 1h25m connection at CDG.

I’ve never booked such a tight connection, so two questions:

Will I (and my luggage) most likely make it on the right flight?

And, what happens if I miss my connecting flight?

TIA.

1. Yes and Yes

2. They will rebook you on the next flight

They're very bad with transferring luggage at CDG.

Good to know. I wouldn’t mind having the luggage delivered to my house, but do they at least tell you when your luggage misses the flight?

Not sure about that but you should have it within 2 days.

if airline allows you to book it as one ticket, then they are responsible to accomodate if you miss flight - obviously if you landed on time. not sure about luggage. use a cc that has insurance for lost luggage
