Iphone 6s disabled

I have an iPhone which someone played with the password and phone got disabled. Phone was never connected to iTunes.

I plugged phone into iTunes in safe mode, but iTunes keep saying that phone has a code or some other error codes.

Anyone have experience with this?

If it does not have activation lock (or the iCloud account is yours) you can probably do a full reset with DFU Mode.
