officially they are supposed to scan your card however if you know the rep or get a a guy in a good mood anything can happen

doesn't really belong here but did anyone ever place big best buy order and not receive conformation email but on website says order is in progress?

should i be concerned ?

No reason to worry, as long as it continues into the preparing, you are fine.

Seems there is a certain times when everyone gets that. It may happen to you other times too

weird thing is that its still didn't move to preparing but wasn't canceled and expected delivery is tomorrow

other orders from yesterday are in preparing stage with same delivery date but also hasn't made progress since last order was made

should i just cancel it myself and reorder after everything else arrives ?

why not try tracking it directly through ups

cant track thru ups because there are no tracking number created for these orders yet
thats what i was saying is weird because it seems it got stuck in preparing stage or the most recent order is holding everything back ..not sure whats going on

I accidentally messed up when putting in my email address and put in the wrong email address, it may not exist. Anyone know if it will effect the order?

They closed my best buy account twice and they told me that any account that I open up in the future and they can link it to me will get cancelled because I violated the my best buy terms. Even though it wasn't directly violated it's up to their sole discretion to cancel accounts.
