seems accurate.

I would add that chassidim are definitely less into themselves as in walking around in Starched ironed shirts, polished shoes, etc, so there probably is some degree of Truth here.

95% accurate!
Which 6 (actually 5.2, but lets go with 6) do you consider inaccurate? (I count way more than that)

The whole list is just sad...

Intentional or not, the OP was asking for this. Shut down this thread and move on to more productive things than bashing other Jews...

If beginning means OP, definitely not.

If beginning means when CBC chimed in, well...I think he might have tried leading it in a certain direction, but when that got nipped at the bud, he came up with something else.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Never tried anything of the sort. I also wasn't the first to chime in on chasidim.

I just added pertinent and interesting information to the discussion (as always :p)

It's not my thread or my area of expertise.

We all might know individuals who lack awareness to the unpleasantness of body odors. But it seems like in certain cultures it's the norm rather than the exception.
I did not notice it in IST. However, I do occasionally run into the same in NY, in professional office settings. It's always shocking. Inevitably, men of Indian/Pakistani and Russian/Ukranian origins are the perpetrators, although they are BH an absolute minority among their peers. I think it's a result of not using deodorant.
