Targeted? Chase Sapphire Preferred 60k bonus points offer

When I put in my information, i got a 60,000 bonus points offer (+5000 for a new user).  I believe the current advertised offer is 50k.

Anybody know if the bonus for Ink Business is considered same "family" of cards per the new T&C, and i won't actually get the points?  Or is it just freedom, sapphire preferred, sapphire reserve?
