Basic voicemail only number

Anyone have a recommendation for a friend of mine that wants to set up a voicemail only account?  Not looking for email related services.  This is for someone that does not even have or want to have  a cellphone. Just needs a number where people can leave him messages and he can call in to retrieve them. Hopefully for a very low monthly fee.

I don’t think he wants a googlevoice account.  He is a rebbe in a yeshiva where that wouldn’t fly. I need something else I can set up for him.

Why not Google voice, just set it up online, and then you don't need any more access

Why cant a rebbe have a GV number?


If he is only going to call in and never login online he should write down the PW for the account so he doesnt lose access

He is not going to login.  But I set it up for him and it should work.  Thanks for your help it was much simpler than I expected.
