Fyi see dans update on ddms - they are sending out boxes with different hashgacha than shown on product page (my LOR said not to eat it). Amazon refunded my money and gave $5 credit.

I had the same problem as the box I received had a different hashgacha. Will be seeking refund as well.

That's the option that you chose. When it would not let me do the return automatically it gave me the option of call, email or chat. You chose e-mail, I chose call.

Why would you want automatic return? Then they would require you to ship it back.

I dont have a problem shipping back something which was sent to me in error. If I am getting my money back and they pay the return shipping why shouldn't I send it back to them?

Usually on an error like this they will tell you to discard it or do what ever you like and give you a refund. (Most times they don't ask for you to return it on such a small item as the shipping equals the product value. ) ymmv
